Man with gun, propane tank arrested near White House
A man walked up to a Secret Service officer on Constitution Avenue and claimed he had a gun in his car, authorities say. When officers checked the car, they found a gun and a propane tank. The man was arrested on weapons charges. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
