Some parents said they’re frustrated that school districts didn’t make school closure announcements until Tuesday morning, as heavy rain, powerful wind gusts and possible flash flooding are in the forecast. “Tens of thousands of families scrambling right now because you couldn’t make this call last night,” one said online.
