Drunken Man Dons Diaper, Goes Trick-or-Treating

Charged With Disorderly Conduct

A bad game of Truth or Dare, or perhaps just a really bad idea? One drunk, diaper-wearing man was arrested on Halloween for some alleged trashy trick-or-treating, police said.

Maryland State Police arrested Joseph David DiVanna, 47, of Sarasota, Fla., at about 9:15 p.m. Sunday, authorities said. DiVanna was trying to get adults and children to hand him over some candy in the Fox Chapel Neighborhood of West Ocean City, police said. Witnesses told police he was shouting profanities at them while demanding the candy.

Police charged DiVanna with disorderly conduct, The Daily Times of Salisbury, Md., reported.

No word on whether the diaper was part of his Halloween costume or if he Pampered himself out of laziness or for medical purposes.
