Cops are on the lookout for a man seen on video swiping an exotic parrot from a Brooklyn pet store.

Police say the birdnapper walked into Petland Discounts on Graham Avenue in Williamsburg on Tuesday and made his way to the bird cages. He broke into one of the cages and stole a blue Quaker bird and walked out of the store, according to the NYPD.

Police released this surveillance image of the man they say stole the bird.

Video from inside the store shows the man open the cage, stuff the bird in his pocket and creep away without being spotted.

The parrot is believed to be worth about $500, officials said. They say the suspect is not an ex-employee of the store.

The thief is said to be about 30 years old. Investigators urge witnesses to call Crime Stoppers with tips that could help them find the bird and the suspect.
