WATCH: Chase Young Showcases Insane Strength in One-On-One Training Camp Drill

ASHBURN - Chase Young took the practice field for the Washington Football Team's first day of padded practices and the second overall draft pick didn't disappoint.

He looked massive and long, athletic and fast, and it didn't take long for him to make an impression. Early on in the 90-minute practice session, Young tossed an offensive lineman to the ground.

As practice went on it seemed that Young was third on the defensive end depth chart behind Montez Sweat and Ryan Kerrigan, but it's also important to note it's the first day of practice and the middle of August. There will be plenty of work for Young this fall. Don't worry.

After the session ended, Young was getting extra work with Sweat as both players were jogging and sprinting along the auxiliary practice field. Note both players in the background of the Dwayne Haskins video below.
