Since the Capitals moved to Phase 2 a few weeks back, players have slowly been returning MedStar Capitals Iceplex to get readjusted before the season eventually resumes at the end of July. Ovechkin is now the latest, and more could soon follow as the NHL will reportedly expand the limit of players allowed on the ice to 12.
