The Los Angeles Lakers will be missing many of their best players as they take on the Washington Wizards on Monday afternoon in the final exhibition game for both teams in Orlando (3 p.m. on NBC Sports Washington).
LeBron James will rest and so will Anthony Davis, who left the Lakers' game on Friday after getting poked in the high. Dwight Howard and Kyle Kuzma will also sit. And L.A. was already missing Avery Bradley, who opted out of the restart, plus Rajon Rondo who is injured.
No AD or LeBron today. Dwight Howard is having some soreness and won't play. Kyle Kuzma slightly sprained ankle and won't play. Vogel says Kuzma would have played if it was a seeding game. Davis is still dealing with being poked in the eye, but he was scheduled to not play today

The Wizards are missing John Wall, Bradley Beal and Davis Bertans, but they will have Troy Brown Jr. back. The 2018 first round pick missed the Wizards' game on Saturday due to a sprained right thumb.
With the Lakers' players sitting out, their team will be led by their bench. J.R. Smith, Alex Caruso, JaVale McGee and Dion Waiters will likely take on larger roles.
