Beninati, Laughlin release 25th anniversary Broadcast Blend Cabernet originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington
Joe Beninati and Craig Laughlin have been a team on the air calling Capitals games for 25 years and now they are teaming up again on their first wine. On Friday, the release of the 25th Anniversary Broadcast Blend Cabernet was officially announced, bottled by the 3 Steves Winery.
With this Cabernet, the duo combined Beninati's love of wine with Laughlin's love of drinking to bring a new wine and they are doing it for a great cause.
Per the release, "This wine collaboration is inspired by and designed to benefit The Laughlin Family Foundation, which firmly believes 'Every Cancer Deserved a Voice' and a portion of all sales will help us fight the fight."
If noted wine connoisseur Beninati is putting his name on it, you know it must be good.

The Laughlin Family Foundation was founded to bring awareness to rare cancers after Craig's wife, Linda Laughlin, battled a rare form of endometrial cancer.
