Chase Young Breaks Out Soulja Boy ‘Crank That' Dance Vs. Bengals

Washington rookie defensive end Chase Young is very good at football. But, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft is also very good at having fun while playing football.

Highly competitive and motivated, Young is one to always be fired up and get his teammates excited as well. Part of that infectious attitude comes from the fun he has while on the field. During each snap, his only focus is getting to the quarterback. But during pregame festivities and timeouts, he can be seen singing along to songs and busting out some dance moves as well.

The latest example of that came Sunday against the Bengals. In the midst of Washington's 20-9 win, Young busted out the "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" dance from the hit song Crank That (Soulja Boy) by rapper Soulja Boy.

For those who are unfamiliar, the song that was released in 2007 quickly became one of the most popular hip-hop/rap songs with its catchy flow and dance to go along with it. From clubs to weddings, this song was always going to be on the DJ's playlist.

Now in 2020, Young is making sure the moves never go out of style. The defensive end had plenty to celebrate on Sunday, forcing a huge fumble early in the contest and continuing to be active and wreak havoc throughout the game.

The only thing missing from Young's dance party was some energy from the crowd. Hopefully soon enough, he can break out the moves once again with the music blaring from the speakers and the Burgundy and Gold faithful joining in. That would be quite the sight.
