Kyle Kuzma's Contract Details

Kyle Kuzma inked his current contract while he was still with the Los Angeles Lakers, in December of 2020. The deal was for three-years, $39 million, with all the money guaranteed. The contract is a very even, solid one, as Kuzma has earned $13 million for the first year of the deal and will earn another $13 million this season. He will be under contract through 2023-24 with Washington, barring a trade.

Since arriving in the nation's capital following the Westbrook trade, Kuzma has impressed coaches and fans during his time as a Wizard. Head coach Wes Unseld Jr. has relied on Kuzma as one of the team's starting forwards, playing alongside fellow former Laker Kentavious Caldwell-Pope on the starting lineup.
