While many stories coming out of the NBA bubble are centered around players telling on one another using the anonymous hotline, playing video games, chugging beers, golfing, and even food choices.
Wizards rookie Admiral Schofield is using the time in the bubble to meditate.
"When I wake up, I usually meditate between 10-20 minutes," Schofield told NBC Sports Washington's Chris Miller from the NBA bubble in Orlando, Fla. "I usually use the Calm App, I work on concentration and meditation, I work on mindfulness, understanding emotions and thought."
Schofield admitted the COVID-19 pandemic coupled with the civil unrest prompted him to use meditation to center his thoughts and stopped watching television.
"I had to take the emotions out of things to understand the prospective from both sides, but to also take my prospective and pull it out to see what the issues are". Schofield said.

He is already applying what he learned in the classrooms in Knoxville to real life situations in Orlando. where players are not allowed to leave the Disney World campus that covers twenty-five thousand acres.
"The meditation taught me how to control my emotions, but also how to control my thoughts. What are good thoughts, what are bad thoughts. And understanding those thoughts don't control who I am," Schofield said.
Admiral credits his parents for teaching him to be a self-sufficient child and feels that will help him cope inside the bubble. This is nothing new for him.
