DC in limbo waiting for House to vote on $1.1B budget cut

D.C. faces the possibility of having to cut more than $1 billion from its budget over the next six months. Mayor Muriel Bowser remains hopeful the House of Representatives will approve Senate legislation that would exempt D.C. from the massive cut. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
