Rep. Wexton gives her final House floor speech

U.S. Rep. Jennifer Wexton of Virginia delivered her final speech on the House floor Tuesday morning through a text-to-voice app. Wexton announced last year she would not run for reelection after being diagnosed with a degenerative brain condition.
