House GOP considers drastic cuts to DC's budget, laws

For the third time this year, Republicans in the House of Representatives have introduced legislation that directly interferes with D.C.’s home rule. First, they went after the revised criminal code, then the police reform bill and now they want to drastically slash the District’s budget. News4’s Paul Wagner reports the chairman of the D.C. Council is blasting the effort, calling it anti-democratic.
