A pregnant woman is dead after being shot by another woman at a Wawa in Delaware County on Saturday, according to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.
Police told NBC Philadelphia that an argument between two women outside of the Wawa led up to one woman shooting the other.
When police arrived they found Latoya Davis, 32, laying on the ground in the side parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso, officials said.
Davis was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel at 7:25 p.m. At the time of the shooting, officials said, Davis was pregnant.

Collingdale Police Sgt. Crozier spoke with a woman identified as Evelena Williams, 30, who stated she was the one who shot Davis, according to investigators.
Williams also told police she is licensed to carry a firearm and told Sgt. Crozier her gun was inside her car, officials said.

During Williams' interview, she allegedly told police she fired her gun once at Davis and then put her weapon inside her car.
Video recovered from Wawa showed Williams shooting at Davis as she ran away, according to the DA’s office.
Police recovered Williams' weapon from inside her vehicle, investigators said.
Williams is facing multiple charges including first and third-degree murder of an unborn child, criminal homicide, first and third-degree murder, recklessly endangering another person and other related charges. She is currently being held at the Delaware County Prison after her bail was denied, according to online court records.
Online court records don't list any legal representation who could speak on Williams' behalf.
