Watch: Pelosi Takes Issue With Reporter Asking If She Hates Trump

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was leaving a news conference that had concluded Thursday when a reporter asked if she hated President Donald Trump. “I don’t hate anybody,” she said. She then returned to the lectern to say that as a Catholic who was raised “with a heart full of love” she resented the question. “I pray for the president all the time,” Pelosi said. “So don’t mess with me when it comes to words like that.”
