Cellphone footage shows the moments after Jeremy Joseph Christian, 35, allegedly stabbed and killed two men and injured one other aboard a train in Portland, Oregon, on May 26, 2017. Christian was ranting on many topics, using “hate speech or biased language,” police Sgt. Pete Simpson said.
