Trump, Schumer React to Photo of Migrants Who Drowned in Rio Grande

President Donald Trump addressed the media and Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., addressed the Senate on Wednesday following the release of a photo showing a father and daughter who drowned trying to cross the Rio Grande river.
