Trump says Ukraine ‘should never have started' war with Russia

President Donald Trump suggested from his Mar-a-Lago resort on Tuesday that Ukraine was responsible for Russia’s invasion of the country three years ago. “This is something that should have never happened. You could have made a deal.”
