Raw Video: Fire Burns at Texas Plant After Explosion

A plant that produces chemical and petroleum-based products in Southeast Texas has exploded, injuring three workers and prompting evacuations for nearby residents. Plant owner TPC Group confirmed that the explosion happened around 1 a.m. in Port Neches, near the Louisiana border. All employees were evacuated.
