Engineer Society Gives US Infrastructure Failing Grade

The American Society of Civil Engineers released a report card on the country’s infrastructure Thursday, giving America’s bridges, roads and dams a failing D+ grade. The report card came weeks after a damaged California dam prompted the evacuation of thousands of Northern Californians.
