Consumer Reports Launch Website to Combat Hidden Fees

When Consumer Reports recently asked for opinions on hidden fees, they got an earful. The majority of their responders were annoyed with hidden fees, added when people buy plane tickets, rented a car or paid bills. There were so many complaints that Consumer Reports launched a new website asking consumers to share their hidden fee horror stories.
