An arctic blast is set to give trick-or-treaters a real reason to shiver on Halloween, NBC News reported. Millions face a chill extending from the Midwest to the Mississippi Valley to the East Coast. Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport had already seen more than 300 flight cancellations and delays by early Friday afternoon over winds and snow. Freezing temperatures could occur as far south as northern Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia Saturday morning and central Mississippi, northern Georgia and western parts of the Carolinas Sunday morning, the Weather Channel said.
