Young DC Filmmakers Make Short Films in 48 Hours

D.C. students were challenged to make a short film in just 48 hours — and they were all required to use a SmarTrip card as a prop and ensure that one line of dialogue appears in each film. As News4’s Derrick Ward reports, their imagination and skill overcame those constraints.
