Woman stuck at DCA due to Delta disruptions misses celebrating that her sister is cancer-free

Delta disruptions still continue days after the Microsoft tech outage, leaving some passengers stranded at DCA. One woman has been in the airport for two days, causing her to delay celebrating her birthday and her sister’s 10th anniversary of being cancer-free. News4’s Joseph Olmo reports.
