‘Want to hope': Images show how missing Hoggle kids may look 10 years later

Jacob and Sarah Hoggle were 2 and 3 years old when they vanished from Montgomery County a decade ago. What happens to them remains a mystery, but their father is still trying to find his kids. The Center of Missing and Exploited Children released age-progressed images of what the Hoggle siblings may look like today. News4’s Megan McGrath reports.
