Virginia Sees Surge in Absentee Ballots

Tuesday is an Election Day unlike any other in small towns across Virginia as ballots were cast in the midst of a pandemic. Election officials say an overwhelming amount of voters submitted absentee ballots, which could be a preview of what we will see in November’s Presidential election. News4’s Julie Carey reports.
