Vigil Tonight for Police Investigator Killed in Bike Crash

Hundreds of first-responders will gather tonight to honor and remember a man they hardly knew. A memorial is already forming for Police Investigator Carlos Silva. He came here from Brazil to take part in a road race during the World Police and Fire Games, but he would never finish. News4’s Zachary Kiesch reports.
