Vigil Planned to Remember Victims of Silver Spring Explosion

Thursday marks one year since the deadly apartment explosion in Silver Spring. The disaster killed seven people — including two children — and hurt almost 40 other people. Tonight, the community will gather to remember the victims of the tragedy.
