Video appears to show carjacking suspect before Rosslyn police shooting

Before a Metro Transit Police officer shot and wounded a carjacking suspect in Rosslyn, traffic camera footage appears to show the man try to open the door of a car sitting in traffic Friday morning. News4’s Mauricio Casillas reports.
