Victim's Father Yells During Sentencing of DC Cop in Sex Assault Case

The father of a girl sexually assaulted by a D.C. police officer had to be escorted out of court Friday. He was angry that a judge sentenced Darrell Best to only 18 years in prison. As News4’s Mark Segraves reports, the judge wanted to hand down a much stiffer sentence.
