U.S. to Pause Use of J&J Vaccine, Advisory Committee Scheduled to Review

The U.S. is recommending a “pause” in administration of the single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine out of “an abundance of caution” to investigate reports of rare, potentially dangerous blood clots.
