Rider spotted clinging to back of Metro train

A rider was photographed clinging to the back of a Metro train at the McPherson Square station Monday. News4 Transportation Reporter Adam Tuss reports there have been a number of instances of Metro riders outside of trains recently – some with deadly consequences.
