Project to reduce rail traffic between DC, Virginia finally breaks ground

The Long Bridge project aims to speed up railway traffic by constructing a new span over the Potomac River in addition to the existing bridge. The project is set to be completed by 2030. Transportation Reporter Adam Tuss reports.
