New, tougher concrete tested on DC bridge

While watching concrete dry doesn’t sound like a whole lot of fun, some tough, new concrete is about to be used on one of D.C.’s bridges. News4 Transportation Reporter Adam Tuss explains the concrete is expected to dramatically boost the lifespan of any structure it’s used on.
