Fatal pedestrian crash spurs big delays on Beltway OL near Camp Springs

A woman was killed on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway near Joint Base Andrews early Friday while walking near the interstate, Maryland State Police said. News4’s Megan McGrath reports.
