Time Running Out to Fix Beltway Mess in Northern Virginia

There’s a plan to fix one of the most dreaded stretches of the Beltway. VDOT wants to add an extra lane to the Inner Loop between Chain Bridge Road and the American Legion Bridge in Northern Virginia. As News4’s Transportation reporter Adam Tuss found out, time is running out to fix it.
