Teen Walking, Talking Again After Being Hit by Car

A Montgomery County teen is walking and talking again after he was hit by a car while waiting at his bus stop last month. Devin Gracia suffered a brain injury and internal bleeding after the crash. His mother says he is now able to have short conversations.
