Crowds Flock to Tanger Outlets for Grand Opening

More than 20,000 cars are expected to stop by Maryland’s newest shopping destination Friday. National Harbor’s new Tanger Outlets opened at 9 a.m. and will hold grand opening events throughout the weekend, including a ribbon cutting, holiday fashion package giveaways, and a holiday music and fireworks show.
