Man Who Nearly Killed Alexandria Officer Arrested Again

The man who shot and almost killed police officer Peter Laboy in 2013 and was released from a mental hospital last year has been arrested on multiple charges including arson and possession of a firearm. News4’s Darcy Spencer spoke to Laboy about the news.
