Study: Worst Airline Offers Lowest Airfares

A new study by a travel advice website collected data from the Department of Transportation and other sources to rank the 10 leading domestic. Consumer Hogan Susan Hogan reports the airline that finished last in criteria such as on-time arrivals, customer satisfaction and cabin comfort also lead the the pack in offering some of the lowest airfares.
