Anti-Bias Training Began at DC Business 13 Years Ago

Starbucks closed thousands of stores Tuesday to give staff members anti-bias training. In D.C, the restaurant and bookstore chain Busboys and Poets has given similar training for the past 13 years. News4’s Derrick Ward spoke with owner Tony Shallal.
