Police: Man Dumped 2 Tons of Trash Into DC Park

A man hired to haul trash away from a home is accused of dumping 2 tons of trash into Kenilworth Park in Northeast D.C. He even cut down trees to fit his truck into the woods. News4’s Mark Segraves reports on the work of the Dumpbusters.
