Security officer kills 13-year-old carjacking suspect in Penn Quarter

A 13-year-old boy has died after he was shot during a carjacking in Northwest D.C. on Saturday, according to D.C. police. The victim of the carjacking was described as an off-duty federal security officer. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
