Secret Service to meet with House Homeland Security Committee over Trump assassination attempt

The Secret Service is under scrutiny following the assassination attempt targeting former President Trump. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle released a new statement saying the agency will fully participate in the shooting’s investigation and is expected to meet with the House Homeland Security Committee members.
