Scam targets thousands of DC's most vulnerable residents

Thousands of the District’s most vulnerable residents have been the target of a scam that is costing taxpayers millions of dollars. It’s a nationwide problem — but more than $6.5 million has been stolen in D.C. alone. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
