Domestic violence affects one in every four women and one in every seven men. In October, which is Domestic Violence Awareness month, News4 is focusing on the issue of domestic violence with a special series we’re calling “Safe at Home.” On 4 Your Sunday: Viewpoint, Pat Lawson Muse addresses the issue with Karma Cottman, of the D.C.
