Streets around Washington, D.C., will be closed to for cyclists for the DC Bike Ride Sunday.
The bike ride course will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Sunday.
The area around the course’s finish line will be closed until 7 p.m. Sunday:
- Constitution Avenue, Northwest, from Third to Seventh streets, Northwest
- Pennsylvania Avenue, Northwest, from Third to Seventh streets, Northwest
- Fourth Street from Independence Avenue, Southwest, to Constitution Avenue, Northwest
These closures are subject to change without notice, said D.C. police, who advised drivers to be mindful of heavy pedestrian traffic and to consider alternate routes.
