Road closures ahead of Potomac River Tunnel Project

Construction is starting for the Potomac Rover Tunnel Project this week, starting with closing Ohio Drive between Independence Avenue and West Basin Drive in D.C. News4’s Derrick Ward explains how this will impact traffic for the next six years.
