Public weighs in on Capital One Arena deal, jobs and spending

For the first time since D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and Ted Leonsis reached a $500 million deal to keep the Capitals and Wizards in D.C., the public got a chance to weigh in. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
